“Inhale the future, exhale the past.” These are words I have come to live by, in my life and in my yoga practice and teaching. For many of us today, finding mindfulness and peace in our evolving world is fraught with minute-to-minute challenges and harmful attachments to previous experience. I offer a style of yoga that enhances physical and mental strength for all levels, prioritizing breath as a means to staying present and letting go. By releasing ourselves of that which doesn’t serve us, we move forward with greater compassion and openness and a readiness for whatever the future holds. ॐ
